CINKER is the first ever commercial space that integrates art, cinema and dining in China. We have created a complete branding and positioning strategy for CINKER, including CINKER PICTURES, CINKER CINEMAS in Beijing, and CINKER PICTURES in Shanghai. From interior design of the restaurant, graphic design of the brand, to content planning of their social media and film scheduling are all produced by Gumwap Studio.
The name CINKER origins from “CINEMA MAKER”, implying the maker of the new form of cinema screening.
The space design of CINKER PICTURES Shanghai uses Future Glam as the key world, draws inspirations from the Art Deco style of 1940s and the Space Age style of 1970s.
The inspiration of CINKER PICTURES Beijing’s space design comes from the independent cinema of London in 1960s.
